Frankfurt, Germany, 1991 - 1996.
Associate Director/Senior Aviation Analyst   Responsible, within Structured Finance, for maintaining a global overview of the airline industry including manufacturers, lessors and financiers.  Prepared reports and made recommendations concerning the creditworthiness of current and potential airline clients, as well as appraisals of the current asset values and future competitive outlook for the aircraft being financed.  Also advised Deutsche's Credit Committee, other divisions and worldwide branches of the bank, up to Management Board level, on aircraft-related investment issues, airline/airport/aerospace projects, or the industry in general.  Developed an internal airline transaction credit scoring system also reflecting the support offered by estimated asset values. On behalf of Deutsche, advised Daimler-Benz/DASA during the extensive deliberations over their Fokker investment.  Promoted to Associate Director in April 1995, and qualified as a U.K. FSA Securities Representative in November 1996.

PROS Strategic Solutions, Houston, Texas, 1989 - 1991.
Account Executive   Based in Frankfurt, Germany as company representative at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, responsible for the successful implementation of their first computerized yield management system.  Duties included coordination, testing and debugging of system upgrades and modifications, user training, and conducting software demonstrations for the management and staff of Lufthansa, as well as other potential airline clients.  The project was successful and PROS is still in use at Lufthansa and a growing list of major airlines.

MCI/WorldCom, Boca Raton, Florida, 1988 - 1989.
Senior Marketing Analyst   Recommended appropriate special pricing proposals to the Executive Pricing Committee for high volume T-1 and T-3 digital communications products.  Developed software which automated the optimization of network circuit routing which minimized overall costs and greatly increased the department's productivity.

Florida Express Airlines, Orlando, Florida, 1986 - 1988.
Corporate Planning Analyst   Responsible for the preparation of business forecasts of the airline's financial and operational performance; and conducted various special analysis projects for the senior officers of the company.  These included optimization of the reservations function, yield management processes, and fleet planning.  Also developed software which automated many procedures in reservations control.

American Aeronautics Group, Winter Park, Florida, 1984 - 1985.
Aviation Analyst   Assisted ISTAT co-founder Jim Matthews with research and analysis of data concerning various business and transport aircraft for feasibility studies, appraisals and other special projects.  Responsible for management of the computer systems, assisted in the development of the first ISTAT appraiser examinations, and constructed spreadsheet models for the analysis of various business proposals.

AVION, LLC. Nashville, TN.  President and Founder, 2006 - Present.  Company is engaged in the purchase of Very Light Jets for lease to established air charter, FAA Part 135 carriers.  AVION currently has one Embraer Phenom 100 on order, and is committed to a diverse investor group.

Colemill Enterprises, Inc., General Manager, 2006.  Colemill owns and operates a satellite airport (M88) in Nashville, TN, and converts Piper Navajo into Panther Navajos under an FAA STC.  Colemill's 4 divisions include Aircraft Manufacturing, Sales, Avionics Maintenance, and Flight Operations.  Flight Operations is responsible for a fleet of 10 aircraft in a flight school and corporate charter business.

Delta Air Lines, Inc., International Airline Captain, 1979 - 2005.  FAA designated Line Check Pilot responsible for supervision of Delta Captains, co-authored and developed Delta's Aviation Safety Action Program, a computer based self-reporting system for violations and incidents.  Chairman of ALPA LEC Safety, and managed safety seminars for the Airline Pilots Association.  Completed Crew Resource Management training, Flight Instructor training, Airline Captain - Line Check Training, Flight Engineer - Sierra Check Airman Training.  Also completed Basic and Advanced Accident School, National Transportation Safety Board Training Seminar, and George Washington University Airline Management Training School.  Critical Incident Response Team member, on site participant during Swissair Flight 111 investigation, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Silver Airlines, 2003.  Start-up co-founder, organized Senior Operations Management Team, co-wrote business plan and organized venture capital "road show".  Obtained Morgan Stanley verbal commitment for "best efforts" funding of $160mn.

Avaleen Outdoor, LLC., 1987-1992, President.  Founded and sold an outdoor media corporation which developed and sold interstate large format billboards.  Key Accomplishment: $1mn real estate portfolio with ROI of 350%.

Merrill Lynch, Inc., 1983-1987, Financial Consultant.  Developed a client base of over 100 qualified investors, managing an immediate office support staff.  Regional award winner for financial asset gathering excellence.

American Medical Aids, Inc., 1979-1983, Vice President.  Responsible for staff of 12, increased customer base and profitability, also developed and executed 401K and retirement plan.  Engineered the eventual sale of the company, and increased revenues by 35% per annum.

United States Navy, 1973-1979, A-7 Corsair Attack Pilot, class rank: #1.
Combat Section and Division Leader, Awarded Top Gun Award at Strike Fighter Weapons School, Squadron and Replacement Air Group Instructor and Landing Signal Officer, Ground School Tactical Navigation Instructor, Weapons Delivery and Combat Tactics Instructor.

Dr. Guru Prasad, Director of Information Technology

Dr. Prasad is CEO of Aximetric, a technology company located in the Research Park at the University of Central Florida.  Dr. Prasad holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Central Florida, and is an expert in simulation, network architecture, distributed systems and systems modeling.  He has developed innovative modeling and advanced visualization techniques suitable for real time distributed simulation and web-based architectures.

Prior to co-founding Aximetric, Dr. Prasad was a research scientist at the Institute for Simulation and Training at U.C.F.  He has published several papers in distributed simulation and physics-based modeling, taught advanced simulation courses at U.C.F., and served as a consultant in the M&S industry.
