We've performed several market valuations of large portfolios (over $20bn) involving the use of IAA's innovative fvDynamics risk analysis system, which is based on sophisticated computer simulation and provides the probability distribution for each forecast. The system has been used by some of the airfinance market's largest players, and its accuracy has been proven since 2003. IAA
has also created a complex lease valuation model in Excel which
takes into account the delivery schedule and potential aircraft
sales over time. The result includes the lessor's IRR, plus
the balance sheet and cash flow effects as a function of value forecasts
